The Premium Prosecco is the pinnacle of our Prosecco range, from vineyard to bottle. The wine is made from grapes picked from our Banksdale Vineyard in the King Valley. This drier style of Prosecco is bright, zesty and vibrant, with aromas of apple and citrus. The refreshing, crisp flavour and fine, delicate bubble fills the palate. Crafted from 100% premium Tempranillo and a passionate winemaking philosophy. The result is a fresh and lively fruit expression of the variety, that is undeniably Campo Viejo.

Richly textured with fresh stonefruit, and citrus notes with toasty oak character to balance.

The palate is luscious and concentrated with stonefruit and mandarin notes and and a lingering lime and mineral finish.

Dark fruit and smoky aromas leading to a medium-bodied palate of black cherry compote, and ripe plum joined by savoury spices and vanilla.

The palate has concentrated white nectarine and peach flavours and is rich and textural with a fresh, lasting finish.

Light golden hues and a satisfyingly fragrant bouquet, with a crisp, lively palate of dry, fruity peach and pear characters. Great aperitif.
